Cover painting for the Aug/Sept 2022 issue of Saltscapes Magazine

I illustrated the cover of the August /September issue of Saltscapes Magazine. This one was a DREAM to paint. I made an oil painting of a view towards Blomiden, as if seen from Wolfville, Nova Scotia. This part of Nova Scotia is known for its farmland and vineyards, both of which I tried to feature with the picnic. Inside the magazine, I also illustrated an article on how to make spruce tip beer. (You can see some spruce tip beer in the cover image as well.)
