Painting Trees in Winter

This winter I painted trees. In this video, I explain a bit about my process. I don’t ever ask myself why I am drawn to something…I paint it and I spend time with it, then figure it out why later. Here is a collection of some of my paintings I made throughout the winter. I paint on yupo paper pads from Legion paper, using a combination of opaque watercolours and gouache in a little travel case.
