Local Pick Up

The local pick up option is designed for folks who live in or near Dartmouth, NS. This is available as soon as one day after your place your order! I will contact you when your order is ready to pick up at the studio, and I will provide the studio address, pick up bin location, and a contact number for you. Your item will be in a paper bag and have your first name on it.

Shipping: When will my order ship?

The items on this site are hand made and some items are made to order. Scarves and garments take up to 10 business days to create, and they ship directly from Montreal. All paper goods, and stationery items are made in Dartmouth and ship from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and will ship with in 3 business days of payment. I am happy to help with your shipping requests; if you need an item rush made or rush shipped please email or call before placing your order to arrange ahead of time. Most items arrive in 6-8 business days after they ship, but it can take up to three weeks to receive your item, depending on where you live.

Who is your shipping carrier?

All items will be shipped via Canada Post for Canadian locations, USPS for United States, and Asendia for other International locations.  Items shipped within North America will arrive within 14 business days of shipping, and 4+ weeks Europe Australia, 6 weeks globally . Union Studio or Briana Corr Scott are not responsible for any import duties, VAT, handling fees, or other taxes for merchandise the customer may incur.

PLEASE NOTE: I use Chit Chats shipping to fulfill the orders, using the carriers as described above. I drop off the shipments to a Chit Chats facility twice a week, usually Mondays and Fridays depending on weather and holidays. So if you order on a Tuesday, the earliest drop off to the shipping facility is Friday, etc. You will receive a shipping notification on the day your label is created, but the item will not ship until it is dropped at the facility.

Do you accept returns?
Paper doll kits: These are craft kits and are non-refundable. Returns will only be made if your item arrives damaged. Exchanges can be made on a case by case basis if the kit is unopened and in the original packaging. Please email or call for more information on submitting an exchange.

Prints and Cards: Prints and all other paper items on this site are eligible for a return, but your item must be unused, in the plastic sleeve, and in the same condition that you received it.

ALL approved Exchanges will be accepted within 14 calendar days of your purchase. 
Customers making a return must pay return shipping. If your item arrives damaged please contact me as soon as possible.
